ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All customers are responsible for providing accurate payment, billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order. PURE® reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, or other reasonable circumstances.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All PURE® purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds except where required by law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control.
